The ideal candidate combines motion design, 3D animation and graphic design skills with a practical understanding of the latest generative AI tools.
/p /brh3The Role /h3 /brpYou will create motion graphics, 3D product animations, visual effects and graphic assets for product launches, advertising, websites, videos and social media.
Working closely with the video, graphic design, marketing and product teams, you will transform creative concepts into polished visual content for an international audience.
/p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliCreate motion graphics, animated titles, transitions and promotional sequences /li /brliDevelop 3D product animations, materials, lighting, camera movements and rendered scenes /li /brliProduce compositing, tracking, masking, keying and visual-effects work in Adobe After Effects /li /brliDesign campaign graphics, layouts, digital advertising assets and social media content /li /brliIntegrate 3D, motion graphics, live-action footage and product imagery into cohesive visual stories /li /brliUse generative AI tools to support concept development, storyboarding, image creation, animation and production workflows /li /brliPrepare and adapt creative assets for websites, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and advertising platforms /li /brliMaintain visual consistency with IK Multimedia's brand identity /li /brliOrganize project files, 3D scenes, renders and graphic assets efficiently /li /brliCollaborate with internal teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines /li /br /ul /brh3Skills Experience /h3 /brul /brliCompetent Adobe A /li /brlifter Effects skills, including motion graphics, compositing, tracking,
masking and animation /li /brliExperience with 3D graphics and animation software such as Blender, Cinema 4D or equivalent /li /brliUnderstanding 3D modeling, materials, texturing, lighting, cameras and rendering /li /brliStrong graphic design skills and good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator /li /brliWorking knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve /li /brliPractical experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney and Kling AI /li /brliStrong understanding of typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy and brand consistency /li /brliAbility to translate creative direction into clear and engaging visual content /li /brliGood command of English, both written and spoken /li /brliA portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant motion graphics, 3D, animation and graphic design work /li /br /ul /brh3Nice to Have /h3 /brul /brliExperience creating content for musical instruments, pro audio, consumer electronics or technology brands /li /brliFamiliarity with music-creation products and the musical-instrument, recording or pro-audio markets /li /brliExperience playing a musical instrument, recording music, or using DAWs, audio plug-ins and related music-production tools /li /brliKnowledge of IK Multimedia products and brands /li /brliKnowledge of color grading, sound editing or video production workflows /li /brliPhotography or videography experience /li /brliFamiliarity with current visual, social media and content-production trends /li /br /ul /brh3Personal Traits /h3 /brul /brliCreative, curious and eager to learn /li /brliProactive and comfortable experimenting with new technologies /li /brliOrganized and able to manage multiple assignments /li /brliDetail-oriented and committed to high production standards /li /brliAble to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team /li /brliComfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment /li /br /ul /brpThe position is located at our headquarters in Modena, Italy.
