/p pAs an Advisor Analyst Trainee in Global Private Bank, you willwork with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists.
The program begins with a five-week immersive global training program, in which you will join Incoming Analysts from around the world to learn more about the firm and how we do business, build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives and build global networks.
For the entirety of the Advisor Training Program, you'll have ongoing formal and informal training opportunities, as well as continued opportunities for development, engagement, and the opportunity to participate in program initiatives.
You'll have what you need to succeed – from training and mentorship from senior executives to projects that engage all your skills.
You'll be encouraged to network across the firm and discover all our opportunities as you consider your next career move.
After the program, many full-time Analysts are promoted to Associates and build long-lasting careers with us.

/li liHighly driven person who enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions /li liExceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills /li liExcellent organizational skills and ability to multitask /li liGenuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends /li liDesire to ultimately work with external clients in a relationship building and sales capacity /li liAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment /li liHighly inquisitive, focused and considerate /liliGood judgment and discretion when working with confidential information /li /ul h3Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills /h3 ul liFluency in Italian may be required; a second EU language is preferable but not essential.
