and grow in the field of Data and Analytics Engineering with the aim of mastering modern data platforms and analytics architectures while delivering high-impact solutions on large-scale data ecosystems.In particular, you will be responsible for:* Development of Analytics solutions for 2.5 million customers.* Development of data integration and transformation flows (ETL/ELT) on the Databricks platform.* Creation of KPIs, metrics, and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools.* Configuration and integration of “*chat with your data*” solutions based on agentic AI.* Working in a domain team with cross-functional profiles (tech, data, business).* At least 4 years of experience in the role;* Good knowledge of SQL and data lake technologies;* Experience in developing and managing data flows;* Data analysis skills and KPI definition;* Knowledge of at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar);* Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).**Nice to have:*** Degree in STEM disciplines;* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform;* Knowledge of Spark and Spark Streaming;* Data transformation in Python (Pandas, Polars).**growth mindset** and their ability to turn challenges into opportunities.• **ENTREPRENEURSHIP** - is the engine that drives us to excel, innovate and challenge ourselves for our own success and that of our company.
