pcatworkx Italy seeks an experienced Business Program Manager to launch and drive a focused churn reduction program within a subscription business.
You will coordinate multiple workstreams, align stakeholders, and help leadership make clear, timely decisions.
/ppThe role combines program management with commercial judgment, moving from economics of retention initiatives to practical delivery across teams.
English fluent; German a plus.
Hybrid workplace: Client site 3 days a week in Munich, Germany.
