/ppAs our Financial Services practice continues to grow, we are looking for a bConsultant with Insurance and RGI expertise /b to join our team in Milan.
/ph3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3pYou will join our bteam /b and work alongside our team and client stakeholders on strategic, regulatory and business transformation initiatives.
/ppYour responsibilities will include: /pulliSupporting bInsurance transformation projects involving RGI solutions /b, from requirements analysis through implementation and testing.
/liliWorking with business and IT stakeholders to banalyze,



document and translate Insurance requirements into RGI functional solutions /b.
/liliSupporting the bconfiguration, customization and evolution of RGI functionalities /b, according to project scope and client requirements.
/liliAnalyzing existing bRGI processes, configurations and workflows /b and identifying opportunities for improvement.
/liliSupporting the bfunctional analysis and gap analysis /b between current processes, RGI capabilities and target solutions.
/liliPreparing and executing bfunctional and integration tests /b, including test scenarios, UAT support and defect management.
/liliSupporting the preparation of bfunctional specifications, process documentation, user requirements and client deliverables /b.
/liliWorking with clients to understand business needs and contribute to the definition of bpractical, technology-enabled solutions /b.
/liliSupporting project governance activities, including bSteering Committees, workshops and project meetings /b.
/liliContributing to the development of TNP's bInsurance and RGI expertise and offering /b.
/li /ulh3WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3ulliMaster's degree in bManagement Engineering, Economics, Finance /b or a related field.
/lilib2+ years of experience /b in Insurance consulting, Insurance companies or Insurance technology projects.




/lilibHands-on experience with RGI solutions /b and familiarity with the RGI ecosystem.
/liliAbility to navigate and understand bRGI functionalities, configurations and Insurance processes /b.
/liliGood knowledge of bInsurance business processes /b, ideally across areas such as Policy Administration, Claims, Product, Accounting or related supporting processes.
/liliExperience in brequirements analysis, functional analysis and process mapping /b.
/liliExperience working with both bbusiness and IT stakeholders /b.
/liliGood analytical and problem-solving skills.
/liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple activities and deadlines.
/liliAdvanced knowledge of bMS Office /b.
/liliFluent bItalian and English /b.
