We are currently seeking a Product Manager, Medium Voltage Distribution to join our dynamic team in Bologna, Italy
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Product Manager to support the development and growth of the MV Switchgears (1,5kV – 40.5kV) line of business across EMEA, with clear ownership of product lifecycle, market requirements, profitability, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution.
The successful candidate will concentrate on the strategic and operational management of the MV Switchgears portfolio (1,5kV – 40.5kV), ensuring alignment with customer needs,
regional market opportunities, and the company’s overall EMEA and global product strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the MV Switchgears portfolio, including new product introduction (NPDI process), line extensions, product updates, rationalization, and end-of-production planning (phase-in / phase-out process).
- Gather and prioritize customer, channel, and market requirements through direct engagement with sales teams, consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users.
- Define and communicate voice-of-customer requirements and support product business cases for new developments and enhancements.
- Research market trends, demand drivers, specification practices, and competitor positioning in MV switchgear markets.
- Develop regional go-to-market plans and support sales and marketing strategies to maximize portfolio revenue and profitability.
