As our Financial Services practice continues to grow, we are looking for aConsultant with Insurance and RGI expertiseto join our team in Milan.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will join ourteamand work alongside our team and client stakeholders on strategic, regulatory and business transformation initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
SupportingInsurance transformation projects involving RGI solutions, from requirements analysis through implementation and testing.
Working with business and IT stakeholders toanalyze,



document and translate Insurance requirements into RGI functional solutions.
Supporting theconfiguration, customization and evolution of RGI functionalities, according to project scope and client requirements.
Analyzing existingRGI processes, configurations and workflowsand identifying opportunities for improvement.
Supporting thefunctional analysis and gap analysisbetween current processes, RGI capabilities and target solutions.
Preparing and executingfunctional and integration tests, including test scenarios, UAT support and defect management.
Supporting the preparation offunctional specifications, process documentation, user requirements and client deliverables.
Working with clients to understand business needs and contribute to the definition ofpractical, technology-enabled solutions.
Supporting project governance activities, includingSteering Committees, workshops and project meetings.
Contributing to the development of TNP'sInsurance and RGI expertise and offering.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Master's degree inManagement Engineering, Economics, Financeor a related field.
2+ years of experiencein Insurance consulting,



Insurance companies or Insurance technology projects.
Hands-on experience with RGI solutionsand familiarity with the RGI ecosystem.
Ability to navigate and understandRGI functionalities, configurations and Insurance processes.
Good knowledge ofInsurance business processes, ideally across areas such as Policy Administration, Claims, Product, Accounting or related supporting processes.
Experience inrequirements analysis, functional analysis and process mapping.
Experience working with bothbusiness and IT stakeholders.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities and deadlines.
Advanced knowledge ofMS Office.
FluentItalian and English.
