pGWM Italia seeks to build and run the technical, training and warranty function and team, reporting to the head of the aftersales and spare-parts department.
/ppYou will lead the construction of technical management, training, warranty and claim processes, and build the KPI framework for the technical quality team and service stations across Europe.
The role also involves designing and implementing training plans, setting up training classes and steering warranty planning for dealers.
