Overview
In this role, you ensure the project scope meets quality requirements and collaborates with project teams to minimize defects.
You drive quality surveillance, plan inspections, and manage non-conformances to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
You will communicate with stakeholders, report performance, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsabilità
Create quality control plans incorporating customer requirements, technical regulations, and certifications
Own quality requirements to enable effective project execution with risk mitigation
Issue and maintain the Inspection Activity Plan, coordinating inspections with BH facilities and suppliers
Manage non-conformance and concession approvals to ensure contractual compliance

Communicate project-related information to internal and external customers and build relationships
Prepare and present quality performance reporting to leadership and customers
Monitor punch lists during execution to target zero defects at shipment
Drive on-time delivery of quality documents and certification books to customers
Feed lessons learned into continuous learning processes
Report project status to Quality Director or Quality Portfolio Leader
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree (mandatory); master's preferred
Minimum two years of experience in Quality
Solid experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes
Analytical and reporting skills; knowledge of problem-solving and continuous improvement methods
Fluency in English and Italian
Quality auditor training and qualification desired
Excellent communication (written and oral)
Interpersonal and leadership abilities
