ph3AI Automation Analytics Specialist /h3 pZoetis Southern Europe is seeking a results-driven AI Automation Analytics Specialist to join our Business Analytics team.
This role will be responsible for collecting and processing large datasets to uncover valuable insights that drive business decisions.
This role involves using ETL tools, statistical methods, Machine Learning and data visualization techniques to interpret complex data and present findings to stakeholders.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Data Engineering Quality /h3 ul liDesign and maintain automated data pipelines (ETL/ELT) from diverse internal and external sources /li liImplement robust data validation, monitoring, and documentation to ensure high data quality and lineage /li /ul h3Analytics Modeling /h3 ul liApply statistical analysis and machine learning to identify trends, segments, forecasts, and drivers of performance /li liBuild reproducible analytical assets with clear versioning and governance /li /ul h3AI /h3 ul liLeverage AI to automate and improve data analysis, uncovering trends and drivers and embedding insights into workflows /li liIdentify and deliver high-impact AI use cases, integrating model outputs into workflows and dashboards with clear KPIs and explainability /li liOperationalize AI/ML solutions, ensuring Responsible AI practices /li /ul h3Visualization Insight Communication /h3 ul liDevelop dynamic, user-centric dashboards and reports; optimize and integrate existing assets for clarity and performance /li liTranslate analytics into concise, business-ready narratives and recommendations for stakeholders /li /ul h3Performance Management /h3 ul liAutomate target-setting, KPIs, and monitoring workflows /li /ul h3Collaboration Stakeholder Enablement /h3 ul liPartner with Business Units, Sales, Marketing, Finance,



and Customer Care to deliver data-driven solutions /li liSupport ad?hoc deep dives and decision forums with timely, accurate analyses /li /ul h3Continuous Improvement Governance /h3 ul liIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance scalability, and enforce data/analytics best practices /li liContribute to data governance, integration, security, and compliance standards /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
/li li3-5 years in analytics, BI, or data engineering roles; experience in commercial/retail/pharma or animal health is a plus.
/li /ul h3Proficiency in: /h3 ul liDatabases languages: SQL, Python or R /li liETL/ELT orchestration: Azure Data Factory and Knime/Alteryx; building and monitoring production pipelines /li liCloud data platforms: hands?on with Azure SQL and modern analytical stores (cloud data warehouse / lakehouse) /li liDashboards: Power BI; DAX and dashboard performance optimization /li liAI automation: practical experience applying AI/ML to commercial analytics and process automation; ability to translate business needs into scalable AI?enabled solutions, with clear business rationale and appropriate controls /li liStrong grasp of statistics and ML fundamentals /li liExcellent communication skills; able to convert complex analyses into clear business actions.
/li liNative Italian, Proficiency in English.
Spanish is a plus /li liCollaborative mindset, team worker.
