OverviewAs Service Project Manager you will lead small, low-complexity projects, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality, HSE, cost and schedule targets.
You will coordinate with Supply Chain, manage risks, and drive contract close-out while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
The role sits within project/program management and offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and customer-facing activities.
You will help deliver safe, compliant projects on time, contributing to the company's mission of reliable energy solutions.

ResponsabilitàEnsure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies
Plan projects per contractual scope and HSE requirements
Monitor progress, resource use and scheduling
Oversee project financials, invoicing, costs and cash flow




Identify and manage risks; pursue opportunities
Capture and share lessons learned
Close out projects per contract; formal acceptance with customer
Apply contract and claims management per policies
Coordinate with Supply Chain to procure services/materials/equipment
Serve as key customer contact and escalation point for issues
Define project plans with Project Controls (scope, finances, schedule, risk)
Requisiti fondamentaliEngineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical or Management)
2-3 years of project management experience
Excellent English and Italian
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
PMI/PMP certification is a plus (not mandatory)
