/bbr/bWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Billing Specialist to join our team.
/bbr/Billing is more than just issuing invoices...!
br/The ideal candidate will have a strong background in invoicing within complex organizational environments, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.
/p h3What Will You Do: /h3 pMain Responsabilities: /p ul liManage the complete invoicing process related to the different Logistics services offered to customers in our several Italy sites,



ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax legislation; /li liCreate and maintain customer profiles, including tariff setup /li liConstantly interface with Sales Department to apply commercial contract condition /li liPrepare and manage reports to ensure accurate invoice allocation and registration, liaising with the Controlling department for data alignment.
/li /ul h3Key Projects: /h3 ul liProcess improvements aiming to optimize the entire billing process flows /li liAutomation of billing data through interfacing with operational systems /li liCarry out invoice leakage audits /li liContribute to strategic and ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAlmost 5 years of experience in a similar role within complex companies, preferably in the logistics, supply chain or services sector.
/li liInterests in process optimization /li liPreferred Master's degree in Economics or related field /li liEnglish Knowledge /li liAdvanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; /li liStrong team player with a proactive attitude, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
