/ph3Who are we looking for /h3pThe Business Support Analyst plays a key role within the Business Support department, supporting data-driven decision-making.
The role takes responsibility for development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards (and Analytical tools) and process design.
The role also supports project management for the department with close collaboration with internal and international stakeholders.
/ph3Main responsibilities /h3ulliManage local and international projects establishing solid governance, timeline, KPI definition /liliDesign, build, and deploy Power BI dashboards and BI reporting tools /liliAnalyze data and trends to provide forward-looking insights /liliMap and review department processes to improve effectiveness and performance /liliContribute to developing Business Cases to drive investments /li /ulh3Personal Characteristics /h3ulliStrong analytical mindset and high attention to detail /liliCurious and eager to learn new tools and methodologies /liliProactive problem-solver with strong prioritization skills /liliAble to thrive in a complex and high-performing environment /liliAble to drive relationships with multiple stakeholders /liliCollaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally /li /ulh3Education and Experience /h3ulliBachelor's degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields /liliExperience in similar roles:
