We are looking for a Scientific Officer to work in the Front-Desk and Worforce Planning Unit.

Responsabilit The interim will: Assist applicants in preparing applications for food and feed products requiring EFSA evaluation, Provide technical and administrative support to applicants throughout the submission and evaluation process, Contribute to the preparation, drafting, and updating of guidance documents for applicants, Manage and address technical inquiries received from external stakeholders through various communication channels, Liaise with internal scientific teams and external parties to ensure clear and timely responses to queries.
Functie-eisen Requirements: Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level), Knowledge of regulated products application workflows, novel foods and feed additives, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Behavioural competencies: attention to detail, teamwork, focus on stakeholder needs, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work with ambiguity.
Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension.
Expected duration of assignment: 12 months.
Salary: approx.
€ ****,00 per month before taxes.
Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week.
Remote work is possible within 2 hours from Parma, Italy for the remaining days.
