h3About the Role: /h3 pWe have a current opening for a Reliability Engineering Specialist and are actively reviewing applications.
As a Reliability Engineering Specialist, you will play a key role in improving asset reliability, reducing downtime, and optimizing maintenance strategies across the site.
Working closely with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and Operational Excellence teams, you will use reliability engineering principles, data analysis, and predictive maintenance technologies to drive equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
/p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDevelop and enhance maintenance and reliability strategies for production and utility assets.
/li liLead root cause investigations and implement sustainable solutions to eliminate recurring equipment failures.
/li liAnalyze equipment performance, downtime trends, and maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities.
/li liSupport predictive and condition-based maintenance programs, including vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication monitoring.
/li liConduct asset criticality assessments and recommend maintenance strategy improvements.
/li liMaintain and optimize SAP PM asset structures, maintenance plans, and reliability reporting.
/li liPartner with Engineering on equipment upgrades, capital projects, and new equipment commissioning.
/li liDrive reliability improvement initiatives that improve equipment availability and reduce lifecycle costs.
/li liProvide technical guidance and collaborate across Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams.
/li /ul h3About You: /h3 h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
/li li4+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in a maintenance or reliability-focused role.
/li liExperience with reliability engineering, asset management, root cause analysis, and maintenance best practices.




/li liKnowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and condition monitoring techniques.
/li liExperience working with automated manufacturing equipment, PLC-controlled systems, and maintenance management systems.
/li liAdvanced SAP PM knowledge considered a strong asset.
/li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
/li liAbility to collaborate effectively across functions and influence continuous improvement.
/li liExperience delivering reliability improvement projects with measurable results is considered a strong asset /li liExperience conducting equipment failure mode analysis is considered a strong asset /li /ul h3Artificial Intelligence Disclosure /h3 pAs part of our recruitment process, Ferrero may use artificial intelligence (AI) enabled tools to assist with reviewing candidate applications.

/p pThe base compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
