h3Job Description /h3 pThis role supports the operational efficiency of the MW Business Unit by managing purchase processes, tracking budgets, and assisting with project and program oversight.
/p h3How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn /h3 ul liTriggering and Following Purchase Processes: ul liInitiate Purchase Requests using various tools (e.g., iBuy, SRM).
/li liMonitor and follow up on Purchase Orders generated from requests.
/li liTrack deliveries and ensure proper goods reception.
/li liAccurately register purchase and delivery data into the MW dataverse.
/li liManage relationships and interactions with suppliers.
/li /ul /li liBudget Tracking: ul liProvide support to tribes for material and subcontractor cost planning.
/li liPlan and monitor investment expenditures.
/li /ul /li liProject/Program Tracking: ul liAssist Technical Project Managers (TPM) and Project Managers (PM) with cost and effort tracking activities.
/li liMonitor the progress and financial aspects of Grants and Funded projects.
/li /ul /li /ul h3Key Skills And Experience /h3 ul liFoundational Knowledge: Basic understanding of budget tracking principles and project management methodologies.
/li liTechnical Proficiency: ul liGood knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access).
/li liFamiliarity and smart usage of collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
/li /ul /li liLanguage: Fluent in English, enabling effective communication with international teams.
