pbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliOversee HS compliance throughout pre-construction and construction phases.
/liliEnsure compliance with Italian HS legislation, particularly D.Lgs.

/liliReview contractor and subcontractor HS documentation and competency.
/liliConduct regular site inspections, audits and HS assessments.
/liliMonitor construction activities, identify risks and drive corrective actions.
/liliCoordinate with contractors, Safety Coordinators and wider project stakeholders.
/liliReview risk assessments, method statements and construction safety plans.
/liliManage statutory HS documentation and notifications.
/liliReport HS performance, deficiencies and non-compliances to project leadership.
/liliTake appropriate action,



including work stoppage where required for serious safety risks.
/li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliPrevious experience in a senior Construction HS role.
/liliStrong knowledge of Italian HS legislation / D.Lgs.

/liliExperience managing contractor/subcontractor HS compliance.
/liliStrong construction site inspection and risk management experience.
/liliFluent in Italian and good English.
/liliRelevant HS, Construction or Engineering qualification.
/liliData centre, mission-critical or large-scale construction experience highly desirable.
