You will partner with C-level stakeholders to shape strategy, manage ambiguity, and optimize resources.
You'll establish and propagate scalable best practices, mentor peers, and help build a high-performance culture.

ResponsabilitàLead large-scale, high-uncertainty projects and transformational initiatives
Develop data-backed, user-focused solutions to complex problems
Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders and act as thought partner
Influence major decisions through rigorous analysis and synthesis of perspectives
Champion new methodologies and best practices for a consistent approach
Provide mentorship and support to team members without direct reports
Shape broader team strategies to drive performance and balanced planning
Design and optimize organizational resources, processes, and governance across the company
Requisiti fondamentali5–8 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth tech environments
Strong track record in product and technology-led initiatives
Proven ability to frame ambiguous problems and define strategic narratives
Executive-level storytelling and decision-ready outputs for C-level alignment
Experience leading cross-functional projects with governance and risk management
Change-management expertise and ability to guide teams through execution
