Profile: PhD or Master’s Degree in informatic engineering, applied mathematics, physics, statistics, computer science, quantitative economics, econometrics or a similar quantitative field.
problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities good communication skills Knowledge of major trends and technologies in AI/GenAI Hard Skills: knowledge of Python and ML/DL libraries understanding of the fundamentals of statistics and machine learning (sampling theory, inference and interpretation, model validation, regression and classification techniques, etc.) familiarity with LLM post-training stages (e.g.
SFT, RL, distillation)
and evaluation methods familiarity with embedding models (e.g.
bi-encoder/cross-encoder) and their fine tuning Nice to have: experience with agent protocols (e.g.
