- as a coordinator of holistic development, the Academic Mentor ensuresthat each student thrives both intellectually and emotionally, supporting their growth journey on all levels.

Key responsibilities:
- Academic and personal support: guide students in their personalgrowth, integrating academic and athletic goals;
- Mindset development: support the development of students’resilience, character, collaboration, and Human Skills;
- Online learning support: attend Saudi online lessons and assist students in their learning process;
- Ongoing mentorship: provide one-to-one support to help students manage competitive pressure and academic challenges.

Requirements:
- Degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields
- Experience working in educational settings with student-athletes




- Understanding of competitive sports environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (Italian is a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Educational leadership
- Problem-solving and conflict management
- Empathy and emotional intelligence
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Goal-oriented mindset with a holistic approach
