ecoprime Italia is looking for a Junior Asset Management Assistant to join our team in Milan and support the management of our clients’ renewable energy portfolios, including photovoltaic and wind assets.
Previous professional experience is welcome, but it is not essential. What matters most to us is the right attitude: a willingness to get involved, support colleagues, learn from others, and progressively develop new skills and responsibilities.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Asset Management team, providing support for operational, administrative, organisational, and reporting activities. Over time, there will be the opportunity to gain a broader understanding of renewable energy asset management and progressively take on greater responsibilities.

As part of the Asset Management team, the Junior Asset Management Assistant will support the team in the daily management of renewable energy assets, including:
Supporting the Asset Management team in operational and administrative activities related to photovoltaic and wind portfolios
Collecting, organising, and maintaining technical, contractual, and administrative documentation
Updating monitoring files, databases, and internal reports
Supporting data collection, verification, and reporting activities
Assisting in coordination and communication with suppliers, contractors, and external consultants
Supporting document archiving and maintaining an organised filing system
