We are currently looking for our future Footwear Product Developer .
If you enjoy understanding how a shoe works, challenging a material, solving a technical problem with a manufacturer and turning an idea into a high-performing product on the field, this position should interest you.
You will be responsible for the technical development of a portfolio of outdoor footwear, from the design phase to product validation, in conjunction with our development partners and suppliers, in Europe and Asia.
Lead product development and coordinate the entire development cycle while respecting schedules, budgets and quality objectives.
Build, challenge and develop technical specifications with factories and external partners.
Organize and lead fittings, field tests and technical validations .
Analyze feedback from testers, quality teams, suppliers, sales teams, and end users to identify necessary improvements.
Manage the materials library and supplier catalogues , ensuring the reliability of information and test results.
Ensure the integration and reliability of development data in our PLM .
Identify and test new materials, technologies and construction methods , with particular attention to performance and durability.
Actively monitor developments in the outdoor footwear market and contribute to the advancement of our product ranges and development methods.
Anticipate difficulties, propose proactive solutions and secure key development stages.
Curious and open
