Position Purpose
Ensure that all finished products/systems comply with quality, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements prior to shipment, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final quality inspections on products and systems intended for shipment.
- Verify product compliance with technical drawings, specifications, internal procedures, and customer requirements.
- Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Validate the completeness and accuracy of product documentation (certificates, test reports).
- Manage and record inspection results in company systems.
- Identify, segregate, and report any nonconformities detected during final inspection.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Quality Assurance to resolve quality issues.
- Support root cause analysis and define corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and third-party audits when requested.
- Monitor quality indicators related to outgoing inspection and final product/system testing and propose continuous improvement actions.
Required Technical Skills
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and final inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Use of dimensional measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, comparators, etc.).
- Knowledge of non-conformity management principles.
- Familiarity with applicable regulations and quality standards (ISO 9001).
- Good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using ERP systems or quality management software.

Requirements
Technical diploma
At least 2-3 years' experience in Quality Control, Inspection, or Manufacturing Quality roles.
Proficiency in English (intermediate or higher level).
Availability to perform inspections in production areas and warehouses.
Range: 30.000-35.000€
