Silversea invites an Executive Pastry Chef to lead high-end pastry operations on board our luxury vessels. You will supervise pastry and bakery production, mentor a skilled team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through flawless presentation and flavor.
The role requires STCW95, 4+ years in international 5-star settings, and fluent English; you will collaborate with hotel operations, chefs, and galley staff to maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and service quality.
