YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for designing reliable, innovative, and robust power components within GaN technology platforms, through extensive TCAD simulations and physical modeling activities.
A key part of your role will be to collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including academia, vendors, and other stakeholders, to accelerate innovation, strengthen technical capabilities, and support the development and qualification of advanced technology platforms.
Key responsabilities
- Design reliable and robust power components for GaN technology platforms
- Perform TCAD simulations and support physical modeling activities
- Support technology platform qualification and ensure compliance with internal SOPs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions
- Build effective collaborations with external partners, including academia and vendors
- Contribute to the exchange of technical knowledge and best practices across internal and external networks
- Support project execution through strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving
