Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for direct sales expansion and business development of the company's full product portfolio (LED displays, lighting, smart poles, all-in-one conference systems, and integrated visual solutions) in the Italian market.
- Focus on developing and accessing key local resources that are not easily covered by the China-based team, including end users, major system integrators, consulting firms, and design institutes.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier integrators, consultants, and key project stakeholders to enable early-stage project engagement.
- Proactively obtain and manage first-hand project information, tracking and driving opportunities from early project stages.
- Lead spec-in activities at the early phase of projects by integrating the company's products and solutions into design schemes, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle, including client communication, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, tender participation, and contract signing.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (pre-sales, product, marketing, delivery, etc.) to ensure competitive and localized solutions for customers.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities; provide timely market feedback to support the company's strategic decision-making.
- Organize and participate in both online and offline marketing activities and industry events.
Qualification
- sbased in Italy, with a Bachelor's degree or above
- .3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience; experience in LED displays, AV systems, lighting, smart city solutions, or related industries is preferred
- .Strong direct sales and key account development capabilities, with the ability to independently develop and influence key clients
- .Existing local network with end users, major system integrators, consultants, or engineering companies is highly preferr
