The accounts you'll work: Heads of Compliance, Chief Risk Officers, and General Counsels at Italy's most important banks, insurers, and asset managers. Clients like Intesa Sanpaolo, Generali, BPER, MPS, Mediolanum, and Scalapay already trust us. You'll open the next chapter.
What you’ll do
- Execute structured multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) on a prioritized account list built by our GTM Engineering team
- Turn AI-enriched account signals into live conversations with real decision-makers
- Qualify opportunities and hand off to the Sales team with full context
- Feed market intelligence back to the GTM team — your field insight makes the machine smarter
- Keep HubSpot updated with precision. This is not optional.
What we need
- 1–3 years of B2B outbound experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or financial services
- Fluent Italian and English
- HubSpot proficiency — or honest transparency about your current level
- Genuine curiosity about regulatory compliance and financial institutions
- The kind of discomfort that makes you pick up the phone when your numbers are low
