We are looking for a Supplier Development Specialist who will be responsible for the development and management of the international network of premium Chauffeur Service Partners, with the goal of ensuring high service standards, market coverage, and operational performance.
This role will play a key part in identifying new partnership opportunities and managing strategic relationships with international suppliers and partners.
How you will contribute
- Support the analysis of market data, operational KPIs, and financial performance to support strategic decisions related to pricing, profitability, territorial coverage, and Partner network development.
- Support to identify, develop, and manage strategic Partners, overseeing commercial negotiations, onboarding, training, and alignment with company standards.
- Monitor service quality, fulfillment, and Partners’ operational performance, identifying critical issues and areas for improvement.
- Manage the day-to-day operational relationship with Partners, coordinating escalations, incident management, and emergencies to ensure service continuity and effectiveness.
