Wolfspeed Italy is seeking a talented Field Applications Engineer to support SiC power device opportunities from design to production.

You will work with customers to assess suitability, demonstrate system-level benefits, and guide designs through prototypes and full production, including debugging.
You will travel frequently to customer sites, collaborate with engineering and marketing, and help train distributors. xysqume

Fluent English and MSc in Electrical Engineering are required.
