As one of the European leaders in Wealth Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a System Administrator to join its ICT Department.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Corporate IT function, the successful candidate will act as a second-level reference point for the company's infrastructure, managing escalations from first-level support and contributing to the evolution of IT systems.
Key responsibilities include

- Managing and maintaining server infrastructure (Windows and Linux), virtualization environments, and container platforms
- Overseeing networking, firewalling,
and security activities to ensure system reliability and protection
- Managing backup, replication, disaster recovery, monitoring, and business continuity processes
- Automating recurring tasks through scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
- Supporting infrastructures serving AI workloads and contributing to the adoption of AI-based tools within IT processes
- Handling second-level escalations, producing documentation and procedures, and acting as a point of reference for first-level support teams
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Master's degree with strong academic results in a scientific discipline (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields)
- At least 5 years of professional experience managing Networking and Infrastructure projects
