We are seeking an Account Executive to manage and grow strategic client relationships across Italy, Europe, and the UK, with a base in Milan. You will be responsible for developing long‑term partnerships with existing clients, driving account growth, identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, identify opportunities to expand the use of Contents’ AI‑powered platform, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver value throughout the customer lifecycle.
This is a high‑impact role for a commercially minded, relationship‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment and enjoys working closely with enterprise and mid‑market clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise and mid‑market accounts across Italy, Europe, and the UK
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers within client organizations




- Act as the main commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high‑quality client experience throughout the relationship
- Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and evolving needs, identifying opportunities to deliver additional value through Contents’ platform
- Identify and drive upselling, cross‑selling, expansion, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize customer retention, revenue growth, and long‑term account value
- Manage commercial negotiations, renewals, and contract expansions in collaboration with internal teams
- Coordinate closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on client needs and priorities
- Lead regular business reviews and client meetings, presenting performance, opportunities, and recommendations to key stakeholders
