Job Summary The Sales Account Manager is responsible for delivering sales growth at BioTech/Pharma and Personal Care customers by building strong, sustainable customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing account performance through forecasting and reporting. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, solid business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while solving problems effectively.
Job Responsibilities Manages a portfolio of accounts in the BioTech/Pharma and Personal Care segment to achieve long-term success.
Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs, internally and externally.
Implement growth strategy and business development activities at assigned BioTech/Pharma accounts in Europe.




Deliver Business Plan for the assigned responsibility
Generates new business using existing and potential customer networks.
Manage portfolio of sales and related technical service projects for maximum commercial impact
Plan, forecast, report on sales and business performance according to company requirement; participates in regional sales & operations planning.
Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems
Be a champion to drive "sales excellence" and the use of its tools
Integrate the sales channels with the marketing, technical sales, regulatory and supply chain functions of the business, as well as with customer service.
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Resolves any issues faced by customers and deals with co
