Job Purpose
As a Sales Area Manager APAC, you will play a key role in accelerating growth and expanding our footprint across South Korea, China, and Japan.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—translating global vision into regional success, unlocking new opportunities, and strengthening our competitive positioning in one of the world's most dynamic markets.
Education & Professional experience
- Degree in Electronic,



Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years' experience in international B2B / industrial sales.
- Strong exposure to APAC markets (China, Japan, South Korea preferred).
- Proven track record managing sales networks and subsidiaries.
- Fluent English; Asian languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the APAC sales strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Deliver on revenue, margin, and market share targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Support complex sales cycles, from opportunity to deal closing.

Lead & Empower Teams
- Inspire and guide local commercial teams across APAC.
- Act as the key link between HQ and regional markets.
- Foster alignment on strategy, priorities, and brand positioning.
- Promote collaboration and best practice sharing across countries.
