Road Freight Business Development – Italy
Remote | Full-time | Long-term contract
Alianza Logistics is looking for an experienced Road Freight professional to join our international team in Italy.
Your role
• Develop road freight business and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage international and domestic transport using subcontracted carriers.
• Negotiate rates with customers and transport providers.
• Coordinate transport operations and monitor profitability.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Work independently with the support of Alianza Logistics' operational infrastructure.

What we're looking for
• Experience in road freight forwarding, transport or logistics.




• Good knowledge of the European road freight market.
• Commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop business and manage transport operations independently.
• English required; other European languages are a plus.
