As an Account Manager based in our Rome office, you will primarily focus on managing and developing relationships with customers located in the Lazio region, which represents approximately 80% of our customer base. In addition, you will be responsible for selected accounts in the Campania and Puglia regions, which will require less frequent on-site engagement.

Your mission is to drive revenue growth and margin performance across your assigned portfolio, covering OEM and EMS customers within the Military & Aerospace, Industrial, and Railway market segments. You will proactively manage the full sales cycle,



identify new business opportunities, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent execution and strategic account planning.

Compensation Details For This Position

The starting compensation for this role is at minimum an On-Target Earnings amount (Base Pay + On-Target Variable Pay) of 70.000 €

Variable Compensation: This position is eligible for a variable compensation plan and the pay-mix (if applicable) will be finalized at the offer stage.
