Ensure production targets and dispatch commitments are achieved as per business plan. /lili

Control plant operational cost and FG cost per MT (CPMT). /lili

Monitor and reduce material wastage across RM, Semi-Finished Goods, Finished Goods and Packaging. /lili

Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and process optimization. /lili

Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient production planning and timely dispatch. /lili

Maintain healthy industrial relations with workers, and contract labour. /lili

Manage overall preventive and breakdown maintenance. /li /ulh3Preferred candidate profile /h3ulli

Education - BE (Mechanical) /lili

Experience - 3-6 years of relevant experience /lili

Product knowledge- Cement /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
