Jobgether is seeking a Customer Growth Specialist based in Italy to own retention and expansion for a smaller video business segment. You’ll design scalable coaching programs and use customer data to identify at-risk accounts, prioritizing interventions that improve revenue retention and growth.
You will build playbooks and operating models for scaling the motion across the cohort, combining coaching, data analysis, and commercial ownership in a remote global environment.
