AdeccoItalia is currently recruiting, on behalf of a prestigious internationalbanking institution based in Rome, a Member Service Representative to join itslocal team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service experience, buildingstrong and trusted relationships with customers and supporting them inidentifying the banking and financial solutions that best meet their current andfuture needs.

The role combines customerservice, relationship management, banking operations and a commercial approach ,within a highly professional and international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver anoutstanding customer experience at every interaction, providing prompt,professional and courteous assistance.
- Build and strengthenrelationships with customers, gaining a clear understanding of theirfinancial needs through effective questioning and active listening.




- Act as a trustedadvisor by presenting the features and benefits of banking products andservices that best meet customers' current and future requirements.
- Verify customereligibility, support the onboarding process and assist with the opening ofnew accounts.
- Process and supportapplications related to banking and lending products and services.
- Investigate andresolve issues concerning customer accounts and loans, ensuring timelyfollow-up and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Respond to telephoneinquiries, requests and written correspondence in a professional andeffective manner.
- Maintain the higheststandards of confidentiality when handling customer and accountinformation.
- Ensure compliancewith applicable banking regulations, internal policies and procedures.
- Maintain awarenessof anti-money laundering requirements and promptly identify and report anysuspicious activity in accordance with established procedures.
- Complete allrelevant compliance documentation and mandatory AML
