Role Description - Boutique Hotel Manager - Florence - OPENING
We are seeking a full-time Hotel Manager for an exciting pre-opening opportunity in Florence. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-tier customer service, managing budgets, supervising food and beverage services, and ensuring the efficient functioning of reception services. As the leader of the hotel team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, and shaping a culture of hospitality that delights guests and exceeds their expectations.
This is an on-site role requiring a hands-on approach to management.

- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to create exceptional guest experiences and address concerns effectively.
- Experience in Budgeting and Financial Management to maintain profitability and cost controls.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning, quality assurance, costing, and compliance with health standards.
- Proficiency in overseeing and managing Receptionist Duties, including reservations, check-ins, and efficient front desk operations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
