the company is selecting Subject Matter Expert – Financial & Operations Chart Analysis contributors to support a customer's project focused on high-level chart interpretation and reasoning. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Interpret a range of complex financial and operational charts, such as candlestick charts, yield curves, drawdown charts, market-volume charts, control charts, Pareto charts, process flows,



and capacity/throughput charts using advanced domain knowledge.
- Draft clear, objective reasoning questions based on intricate visualizations, requiring multi-step quantitative analysis and deep understanding beyond surface-level observations.
- Deliver unambiguous, precise answers accompanied by comprehensive written explanations and explicit analytical steps or calculations in professional English.
- Apply accurate financial, economic, and operational terminology, ensuring clarity in units, scales, timeframes, categories, and notation throughout all submissions.
- Develop robust tasks targeting graphical reasoning, comparisons, trend analysis, calculations, and interpolation, while avoiding subjective or ambiguous language.
- Collaborate remotely with project teams, communicating effectively in both written and verbal formats to incorporate feedback and ensure consistent, reliable contributions.
