We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Executive – Client Services. The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager.
Responsibilities
Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.




Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements and ensure timely service delivery.
Monitoring, tracking, and documenting client interactions, service issues, and resolutions through the relevant systems.
Preparing client reports, presentations, proposals, and supporting client onboarding activities.
Gathering client feedback, recommending service improvements, and providing regular updates on account status and service performance.
Ideal candidate
A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in client services, account management, customer support, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
