The HR Business Partner will act as the HR partner for two strategic Fedrigoni manufacturing sites, managing the full employee lifecycle and all people-related topics.
The role requires a high degree of autonomy and has a strong focus on industrial relations, partnering closely with business leaders to support organizational performance and business objectives.
The Impact You’ll Have
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with operational and organizational goals.
- Lead employee and industrial relations activities, fostering constructive relationships with trade unions while ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements and employment regulations.
- Manage disciplinary procedures and complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and consistent application of HR practices.
- Monitor labour cost and workfoce planning with a focus on absenteeism, overtime, and other key hr metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
