Our client is an Italian industrial company, part of an international group, specialized in the design and manufacture of advanced automation and technology solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.
As part of an international growth project, the company is seeking a highly senior professional to contribute to strengthening its positioning among pharmaceutical companies.

Position Summary
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Sales Director will be responsible for accelerating international business development by leveraging an established network and recognized credibility within the pharmaceutical industry.
The role will focus on opening new relationships, generating qualified business opportunities,



and facilitating the company’s access to high-potential customers. The Senior Sales Director will also work closely with the company’s senior management in defining commercial priorities, market positioning, and the approach to target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with leading international pharmaceutical companies and upper mid-market pharma players.
- Strengthen the company’s presence in Italy, North America, and key European markets.
- Leverage an established professional network to facilitate access to strategic customers and key stakeholders.
