In the role of Boutique Attendant at [Name of Boutique/Hotel], you will be the welcoming face of our exclusive boutique. As the first point of contact, you will be essential in setting the tone for a luxury experience, managing guest reception, and ensuring every guest feels recognized and valued from the moment they arrive. Greeting all guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Assisting customers in navigating the boutique and discovering products.
Providing detailed information about products, materials, and brand history.
Managing sales transactions with precision and efficiency.
Maintaining the order and elegant display of the boutique.
Assisting with inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
Contributing to creating an inviting atmosphere and a memorable shopping experience.
Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Boutique Assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role,



preferably within a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
Fluent in Italian and English. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
The ability to stand for extended periods and a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays.
