Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable IT Desktop Support resource to coordinate from simple activities to more complex plans. This role provides onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment to ensure optimal service delivery.
Responsibilities include first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, OS/app installation, and collaboration with IT teams on escalated issues.
