You will coordinate account activities, analyze performance metrics, and provide data‑driven recommendations that move the needle for both your accounts and their end customers.

You will work backward from your accounts' needs, applying best practices and playbooks to ensure timely delivery of projects while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and tools. Key job responsibilities
- Own and drive executive‑level relationships with stakeholders across partner organizations
- Lead complex contract negotiations,
including commercial terms and service level agreements
- Conduct market analysis and forecasting to shape strategic decisions
- Maintain complete ownership of the pickup network, including performance optimization and expansion strategy
- Drive network development/roll‑out, maintain and optimize current operations, conduct performance reviews, and manage contract renewals
- Work cross‑functionally with internal teams (Tech Ops/Installation, Accounting, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, Product Management)
- Lead business expansion, route‑to‑market strategies, and new product/service launches
- Drive offline Marketing and Advertising campaigns with location partners
- Ensure best‑in‑class customer experience across all Pickup locations
