EDITION Hotels, located in Rome, seeks a Reservations Associate to manage room blocks and market codes, handle inquiries, and ensure accurate bookings. You will communicate company standards and assist in training and guiding the team in reservations procedures.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in related roles, a high school diploma or GED, and 1 year of supervisory experience, with strong customer service and communication skills. On-site role in Rome with full-time schedule.
