About the Role
InterSystems is looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support the growth of our Healthcare business across North-East Italy.
We are looking for a sales professional with proven previous experience in the healthcare sector who is interested in developing their career in Healthcare IT, digital health and enterprise software.
The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare sales, business development or account management, understands the Italian healthcare market and is comfortable building relationships with customers and stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
You will work with hospitals, regional healthcare authorities, system integrators and strategic partners, identifying business opportunities and supporting customers in their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales opportunities within the healthcare sector across North-East Italy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, regional healthcare authorities, healthcare organizations, system integrators and strategic partners.




- Identify customer needs and position InterSystems' healthcare solutions, including EMR, interoperability, data and AI-enabled technologies.
- Develop new business opportunities and support the sales cycle from initial customer engagement through to proposal and closing.
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals and public procurement/tender processes.
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing and Delivery teams to develop customer solutions and sales strategies.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to achieving regional sales targets.
- Develop a strong understanding of the Italian healthcare market and digital health ecosystem.
