Position We are looking for a skilled Planning Manager to take on the challenge and lead our Planning Department located in Asolo. You will lead and oversee all planning and scheduling activities to ensure an excellent level of efficiency in our operations, whilst also optimising workflow and enhancing productivity.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and implement planning strategies based on solid data analysis, working cross-functionally extensively so to optimise our processes in order to meet our customers' demands, production and organisational goals.
- Define forecasts and demand plans for our business lines on multiple time horizons and at multiple levels.
- Develop and implement solid inventory allocation strategies, so to maximise inventory placement, sales and customer experience.
- Lead, coach and guide an international team of professionals, taking on the responsibility of their training as well as performance management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of and extensive hands-on experience in working with Demand Planning principles, Inventory Management best practices and Production Planning.
- Solid international experience within complex product focused environments and used to working with a very high number of SKUs.
- Excellent c
