Purpose of the Role
The role will manage the International Desk in Italy, coordinating and providing technical and accreditation oversight to the international offices (FCID and partner offices)



against the international organic and product certification schemes managed by the Italy team. The person will ensure operational continuity, support accreditation processes, contribute to inspector training, and help maintain and develop partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the International Desk in Italy, coordinating and providing technical and accreditation oversight to the international offices (FCID and partner offices) against the international organic and product certification schemes managed by the Italy team.
- Work closely with the quality teams in Italy and in-country to ensure that deadlines and requirements are met.
- Provide practical information and organizational support for the training of new inspectors, liaising directly with them and ensuring training milestones are met on time.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current partners, ensuring trust and collaboration.
